First Steps/Fees
During our contact via email, we will both decide if I am the best person to meet your therapy needs. I do offer a 10 minute meet and greet via phone, should you want that. After that, an initial Diagnostic Session will be arranged.
I offer both in person and virual therapy, but do indicate if you desire in person, as those time slots could be limited to certain days and times.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I do not participate with any insurance plans as a participating provider.
I do participate as an out-of-network provider for all plans that have out of plan benefits. My invoices can be submitted to your insurance company for partial out-of-network reimbursement.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my mental health deductible and has it been met?
- Do I have a copay?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Check or credit card payments are accepted for all therapy payments. All clients must have a credit care on file with the Simple Practice portal. Fees will be charged automatically at the end of the session. If you are planning to use your out-of-plan benefits, you will need to remit payment in full at this time.
Current fees are:
First Session: Diagnostic Interview $275
Ongoing 50 minute sessions: $200
Ongoing 60 minute sessions: $225
Clinical Consultations for Professionals: $225
EMDR sessions: $225
Family sessions: $250
*EMDR Intensives for 90 minutes or more are available. Please consult with me for availabilty and pricing.
